Makes 1 Large Smoothie

Ingredients:

Garnish: (optional) Pineapple or fresh mint leaf.

 

Method:

In a blender, add protein first and then all other ingredients on top. Blend until well combined Pour into glass. Garnish with pineapple or fresh mint.
