Berry Ripe ‘Vegan’ Bliss Balls

Berry ripe Vegan Protein balls recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops (24g) Natural Health CompanyTM Skinny Berries Superfood Detox
  • 1 scoop (25g) Natural Health CompanyTM Organic Fusion +Superfoods Acai Berry
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries (chopped into smaller pieces)
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or Agave Nectar)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 3 tablespoons of water (add more if required)

    Extra (Coconut for rolling):  

    • 1 cup desiccated coconut

    Method:

    1. Chop dried cranberries into smaller pieces.
    2. Add dried cranberries and remaining ingredients (excluding extra coconut for rolling) into a bowl. Mix by spoon or hand, until well combined.
    3. Scoop a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball, by hand. Roll ball into extra desiccated coconut to coat. Repeat.
    4. Place in fridge, until ready to eat.
