Chocolate, Goji Berry and Cranberry Bliss Balls

Chocolate Goji Berry Bliss Balls recipe

Makes approx. 25 Bliss Balls


  • 4 scoops (100g) Natural Health CompanyTM  Body Shape Chocolate Fudge Natural Thermogenic Protein
  • ½ cup dried goji berries
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut oil 
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp water (add more water if required)


1 cup desiccated coconut.


    1. Mix all the ingredients together with a spoon, until well combined.
    2. Take one tablespoon of the mixture and firmly press and roll into a ball. Roll the ball into desiccated coconut. Repeat process. 
    3. Place balls into an air tight container and refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep any uneaten balls in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat.
