Coco-Troppo Coconut Protein Balls

Makes approx 8 Large Protein Balls


  • 2 scoops (50g) Natural Health CompanyTM Body Shape Vanilla Bean 
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup dried pineapple (chopped)
  • ¼ cup dried mango (chopped)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut water (add more water if required)


1 cup shredded coconut



  1. Mix all the ingredients together with a spoon or by hand, until well combined.
  2. Take two tablespoons of the mixture and firmly press and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Repeat process.
  3. Place balls into an air tight container and refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep any uneaten balls in the fridge or in the freezer for later.
