Makes approx 8 Large Protein Balls
- 2 scoops (50g) Natural Health CompanyTM Body Shape Vanilla Bean
- ½ cup almond meal
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup dried pineapple (chopped)
- ¼ cup dried mango (chopped)
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coconut water (add more water if required)
1 cup shredded coconut
- Mix all the ingredients together with a spoon or by hand, until well combined.
- Take two tablespoons of the mixture and firmly press and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Repeat process.
- Place balls into an air tight container and refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep any uneaten balls in the fridge or in the freezer for later.
