Coconut & Pineapple Energy Balls

Coconut Pineapple energy Protein balls recipe

These delicious guilt free coconut energy balls are full of natural goodness and weight loss ingredients (Garcinia Cambogia, African Mango, L Carnitine, Raspberry Ketone, Green Tea Extracts, Coconut Oil Powder) and everything your body requires to burn fat and boost the metabolism faster, whilst keeping energy levels at their peak.

Makes approx. 8 Large Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops (50g) Natural Health CompanyTM Body Shape Vanilla Bean Natural Thermogenic Protein 
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup dried pineapple (chopped into small pieces)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp. of coconut water (add more coconut water if required)

Coating:

1 cup shredded Coconut

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together with a spoon or by hand, until well combined.
  2. Take two tablespoons of the mixture and firmly press and roll into balls. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut. Repeat process.
  3. Place balls into an air tight container and refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep any uneaten balls in the fridge or in the freezer, for later.
