Tropical Lime ‘Vegan’ Bliss Balls

Tropical Lime Vegan Protein Balls recipe

For a healthy vegan treat, try making our Tropical Lime Vegan Bliss Balls…they are vegan-licious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Natural Health CompanyTM Organic Fusion +Superfoods Tropical
  • 2/3 cup dried pineapple (chopped into small pieces)
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey (or Agave Nectar)
  • 1 tbsp lime rind (finely grated)
  • 3 tbsp water (add more if required)

Extra (Coconut for rolling):

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Method:

  1. Chop dried pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Add dried pineapple and remaining ingredients (excluding extra coconut for rolling) into a bowl. Mix by spoon or hand, until well combined.
  3. Scoop a heaped tablespoon of the mixture, and roll into a ball, by hand. Roll ball into extra desiccated coconut to coat. Repeat.
  4. Place in fridge, until ready to eat.
