No more skipping breakfast…delicious, nutritious and fat burning smoothie. Banana-Oat Breakfast Smoothie.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (25g) Natural Health CompanyTM Diet Slim Vanilla Bean Natural Thermogenic Meal Replacement 
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or reduced fat milk)
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass
