- 1 scoop (25g) Body Shape Vanilla Bean Natural Fat Burning Protein
- ½ cup of granola
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- 2 tbsp natural or coconut yoghurt
- Fresh blueberries
- Coconut flakes
- Add all ingredients (except granola) into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
- Place granola in the bottom of a jar and then pour smoothie mixture over the granola.
- Top with fresh blueberries, coconut flakes, sprinkle of granola and mint.
- Eat with a spoon.
