Blueberry Smoothie Jar – Weight Loss Protein Shake

The perfect guilt free, dessert, breakfast or snack. Full of antioxidants, multivitamins and 7 weight loss ingredients, all in one jar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (25g) Body Shape Vanilla Bean Natural Fat Burning Protein
  • ½ cup of granola
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • 2 tbsp natural or coconut yoghurt

Garnish:

  • Fresh blueberries 
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola 
  • Mint 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients (except granola) into a blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
  2. Place granola in the bottom of a jar and then pour smoothie mixture over the granola.
  3. Top with fresh blueberries, coconut flakes, sprinkle of granola and mint.
  4. Eat with a spoon.
