Makes 1 Large Smoothie

Ingredients – Mango Smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Ingredients – Blueberry Smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop (25g) Natural Health CompanyTM Body Shape Vanilla Bean Natural Thermogenic Protein 
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup ice

Method:

  1. Blend mango smoothie ingredients together and put aside.
  2. Blend blueberry smoothie ingredients together and put aside
  3. In a glass layer mango smoothie and blueberry smoothie alternately. Top with blueberries and enjoy!
