Makes 1 Large Smoothie
Ingredients – Mango Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Ingredients – Blueberry Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop (25g) Natural Health CompanyTM Body Shape Vanilla Bean Natural Thermogenic Protein
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup ice
- Blend mango smoothie ingredients together and put aside.
- Blend blueberry smoothie ingredients together and put aside
- In a glass layer mango smoothie and blueberry smoothie alternately. Top with blueberries and enjoy!
