Makes 1 Large Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoops (25g) Natural Health CompanyTM Body Shape Vanilla Bean Thermogenic Protein or 1 scoop (25g) Diet Slim Vanilla Bean Natural Meal Replacement
  • 1 cup almond milk (optional: soy, rice or other)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 banana (cut into smaller pieces)
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • ½ tbsp honey (optional)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Pour into a glass.
