Spiced Apple & Vanilla Pie – Fat Burning Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop (25g) Natural Health CompanyTM Body Shape Vanilla Bean Natural Fat Burning Protein or Diet Slim Vanilla Bean Natural Fat Burning Meal Replacement
  • ½ red apple (peel and core removed)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 10 raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup ice

Garnish:

Sprinkle ground cinnamon.

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are combined.
  2. Pour into glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
