Return & Exchange Policies

Please choose carefully. We do not normally exchange or refund if you simply change your mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Faulty and damaged goods or orders processed incorrectly by Natural Health Company can be returned and exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order. If the product is unopened and in the original packaging, we will gladly exchange the product and credit you with the postage cost you have incurred.

Incorrect Purchase

If you have made a mistake when placing your order, Natural Health Company will gladly exchange your product within 7 days, as long as the product is unopened, in the original packaging and in excellent re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for any returns postage charge. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty.
